About This Product
Ribbon mixer is a horizontal mixing machine with double ribbon blade structure. This is a device for efficiently mixing powder raw materials.
Application: Batch mixing of various raw materials. Liquid humidification mixing to raw materials.
■Features of ribbon mixer
- Double ribbon blades are installed on the horizontal main axis, and the inner ribbon convects the raw material outward and the outer ribbon inward, allowing the powder to mix efficiently.
- By placing a load cell in the ribbon mixer base, it is possible to control the amount of various raw materials input by weight.
■Application example
By attaching a jacket to the main casing, it can be used as a dryer or thermal reactor using hot water or steam heating, or as a cooler using cooling water.
