About This Product
This is a weighing device to measure the weight of powder by putting it into a hopper. A load cell is used, and multiple raw materials can be added and integrated. However, it cannot be used for weighing before filling products.
Uses: cement, mica, fly ash, silica fume, maize, milo, flour, barley, rice, carbon, quicklime, slaked lime
■Characteristics of weighing hopper (addition type)
・It is possible to select the optimal shape according to the raw material.
・Emission accelerators such as knockers and aeration can be installed.
・Weighing accuracy is determined by load cell accuracy, pedestal strength, and tare weight.
・Care must be taken as it is easily affected by vibration of the stand, wind, and internal pressure of the hopper.
