About This Product

■ Connect to a PC serial port and add an infrared port to the PC

・ Three types of products are available depending on the type and function of infrared rays mounted on mobile devices ・ Actisys Act-IR220L can connect to a PC serial port and add an infrared port to the PC. IRDA is a cheap, secure wireless connection method equipped on most mobile devices. However, the current status is that they do not own an infrared port on desktop PCs and some laptops to be connected to these mobile devices. Actisys's IR2XX series is an infrared adapter connected to a PC serial port, and adds an IRDA -based infrared port to a PC that does not own an infrared port. Wireless connection, file transfer, data synchronization, etc. can be easily performed between various mobile devices (laptop PC, PDA, etc.) with IRDA infrared port.

・ Infrared adapter connected to the RS232 port of the PC ・ Three types of dongles are prepared according to the mobile device of the connection partner ・ Act-IR220LPLUS: When communicating with devices equipped with IRDA protocol stack ・ ACT-IR220LI: When communicating with a device that owns an infrared port but does not have an IRDA protocol stack (RAW-IR machine) ・ ACT-IR220LN: In the case of a device that owns an infrared port but does not have an IRDA protocol stack (equipped with a RAW-IR), to communicate with the device whose bowlate is fixed. ・ Obtained the power supply from the RS232 port
