About This Product
Powder is sucked directly from the flexible container, weighed, and then air-fed into the tank. Absorption capacity is 10~1000kg/h.

■Operation during suction
① Move the nozzle up and down to suction
② Left side flexible container string lifter
③ Raise the right side flexible container string
④ Lifts up when the amount is small
⑤ Move the left and right sides up and down to absorb the powder at the bottom.
⑥ When the pressure is completely exhausted, you will be notified using the upper limit switch and will automatically stop if the pressure sensor remains low.
■Notes
Depending on the shape of the flexible container and the physical properties of its contents, it may not be possible to absorb all the contents. In particular, it is impossible to absorb powder with poor fluidity. Tests may be required for recruitment.
■Operation during weighing
① Absorbed from flexible container and stored in dust collector
② Drop the dust from the dust collector into the measuring tank
③ Transport to the tank while being lighter than the weighing tank
