INNCOM provides a full range of hotel room control switches.
In addition to control switches for lights, curtains, doorbells, etc., we also have display devices such as Privacy, Make up room, Butler call, etc. A wide variety of designs can meet the needs of any hotel owner or interior designer.
■INNtouch™
INNtouch™ is a switch series consisting of a privacy, make up room button, a door chime and other in-room plates, an outside indicator light, and a doorbell button.
■If the guest presses the Privacy button
The privacy indicator on the exterior door plate will illuminate. - The chime in the room does not ring when staff or other guests press the doorbell.
■When the guest presses the Make up room button
A green LED on the exterior door plate will illuminate indicating a housekeeping request.
By linking with in-room motion sensors, hotel staff can easily confirm the presence or absence of guests.
■Press and hold the hidden button below the bearbell button
・If you are in the room, "Privacy" will flash.
・If the person is absent, the green LED will light up.
If a door switch is installed in the minibar, staff can determine whether the minibar has been opened by pressing the bell button twice.
Additionally, by connecting INNtouch to the INNCOM server, the status of the guest room is always displayed on the server, allowing you to respond to guest requests more quickly.
