Ultra-slim, non-decoding 2D imager, SR (standard range) and HD (high density) optics, advanced laser and LED sights The N670X series 2D barcode scan engine is Honeywell's slimmest 2D imager. Designed to meet processing-intensive application requirements with improved performance and reliability, simplified integration into mobile devices, and faster barcode reading speeds.
The availability of parallel or MIPI interfaces simplifies integration into mobile devices requiring modern and legacy processor interfaces. Its compact dimensions (6.8mm [0.27in] height x 16.2mm [0.64in] depth) free up space for other technology integration.
The N670X series has improved read range and readability. Based on a 1Mpx global shutter sensor, it can read Code 39 20mil at a distance of 0.8m [31.5in] (standard read range for SR optics), increasing read range by 40% compared to previous products. White LED illumination improves image reading accuracy, and HD optics can read high-resolution codes (up to 2.5mil for Code 39 1D barcodes and up to 5mil for Data Matrix and QR barcodes).
The N670X is equipped with HD optics and can read new DotCode for tobacco product traceability down to 5mil resolution. The N670X series reads moving barcodes with an excellent maximum motion tolerance of 6m/s [236in/s], increasing scanning speed and productivity. The choice of high-brightness LEDs (twice as bright as current systems) and laser aiming systems provides flexibility to suit your application requirements and environment, while further improving user visibility.
