About This Product
■SNDH-T series
Hall effect speed and direction sensor with quadrature output Supply voltage: 4.5Vdc to 18Vdc Operating frequency: 1Hz to 15kHz
■Product overview
The SNDH-T series is a dual differential Hall effect sensor that provides speed and direction information using quadrature output signals that are 90° phase shifted from each other. The target direction is determined by the output lead/lag phase shift.
This product is designed for applications requiring ultra-high resolution with a wide frequency range of 1 Hz to 15 kHz and large air gaps. BiCMOS (Bipolar Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) Hall effect technology with advanced digital signal processing for dynamic offset correction improves air gap performance and phase shift accuracy under most conditions.
Proprietary IC (integrated circuit) packaging (patent pending) improves output phase shift accuracy. Its rugged packaging, ability to withstand most environments, and enhanced EMI (electromagnetic interference) performance allows it to be used in automotive engine compartments. Multiple connection options are available including wire harness and integrated connector versions using AMP Super Seal or AMP Jr. timer connectors. Package includes O-ring seal and fixed mounting flange for pressure applications.
