Model 1254 Socket Wrench Torque Transducer, 50lb-in to 200lb-in: 50lb-ft to 1,000lb-ft, 0.15% Nonlinearity and Hysteresis, Hex Drive (50 and 100lb-in Sizes) and Square Drive Configurations, Incremental Encoder ( optional), adaptable for portable use. The sensor is primarily used to measure the output torque of stall and clutch type nutrunners in production tightening operations (not recommended for mechanical impact wrenches). Units equipped with incremental encoders can be used in applications where fastener rotary angle and torque data are required. These sensors are used to monitor system operation using nut rotary, tension control, and yield control tightening methods.
