■Product overview
Model 2110-2116 flange-responsive torque sensors are designed for installation on specimens such as motors, switches, axles, or shafts and their mounting plates. These models operate and calibrate in both directions. Nickel-plated alloy steel construction increases resistance in harsh industrial environments. These models have no moving parts and utilize four bonded strain gauges in the machined portion of the transducer to achieve maximum nonlinearity of 0.1% over a wide dynamic range. Common applications include tire braking, motor dynamometers, friction-slip testing, and twist measurements. 2,000 in-lb to 2,400,000 in-lb capacity.
