Honeywell's MICRO SWITCH NT Series toggle switches meet the need for rugged, cost-effective toggle switches. Quality construction features include seals between the toggle lever and bushing, and between the cover and case. These switches are suitable for applications in many harsh outdoor environments where panels are exposed to vibration from equipment, extreme temperatures, dust, splashing water, and/or water from hoses.
Control panels in the cab of vehicles left outdoors overnight can now withstand heavy early morning dew that condenses. NT toggle switches with large standard metal or plastic levers are suitable for gloved hand operation.
Available in both stepped and flat base styles, the NT series is available in three popular terminal styles. 6-32 screws, solder lugs with 3,0mm [0.12in] diameter holes, or 6,35mm [0.25in] quick connect terminals. Optional "Easy Start" threaded bushing allows quick adjustment of mounting nut alignment to minimize cross-threading.
Panel standoffs with O-ring functionality, available on select listings, eliminate the need for hardware behind the panel, as well as provide uniform panel height and a cover seal to the panel.
