Utilizing the capabilities born from advanced casting technology, H-FCD® is expanding into new areas. Previously, the manufacturing method for this part was considered to be by welding heat-treated steel material to the shaft after sheet metal processing. However, since countermeasures against deformation during welding and ensuring the quality of welded parts require equipment investment and other costs, H-FCD®, which can manufacture the fork part and sliding part as one unit and does not cause distortion due to heat treatment, has been adopted. I did.
