The "HP" type is a peeler specifically for peeling potatoes. A file-like disc rotates while water is flowing, scraping off the outer skin of the potatoes. By setting the back of the disc, you can also use it as a washing machine for root vegetables such as carrots and lotus roots. The "VS" type is a dehydrator that rotates the food placed in a dehydration bag and removes the water using centrifugal force. The "HJ" type is a manual hand juicer that squeezes citrus fruits such as oranges.
