About This Product

■Cast metal lid with both durability and drainage properties

Cast iron lattice covers can be used for a wide range of purposes, primarily as side drain covers for inside and outside building premises, covers for water collection basins, and kitchen drain covers for hotels and restaurants. The lid is made of ductile cast iron (FCD500-7) and is based on a wheel load of 5 tons (safety load 50KN), allowing vehicles of up to 25 tons to pass within the premises. If large trucks or emergency vehicles will be passing through the premises, please select "Heavy load (25t)". You can use it with confidence as a highly durable and load-bearing lid. In addition, the simple grid-shaped lid with black finish has a design that matches the building and blends in with urban spaces. Cast iron grating lids are also called cast iron gratings or cast iron gratings.

■Fallen leaf basket (optional)

By using a basket to catch the fallen leaves that have collected in the rainwater catchment and cleaning it regularly, you can remove the cause of the clog and ensure smooth drainage. Can be set on frame lattice lids (GF-D, GF-A, GF-B, GF-DH, GF-AH, GF-BH).

■Product information

-The frame is the same for GF-DH, GF-AH, GF-BH, GF-D, GF-A, and GF-B, so the lid can be replaced. ・The clearance is set to 8mm for models 300 to 450 and 8.5mm for models 600 to take into consideration walking in high heels. -The surface has a special pattern that prevents it from slipping.

■Order information

・Also available with chain. - Fallen leaf baskets C1 and C2 can be installed. ・Please use the opening/closing handle GH-4 to open and close the lid.
