About This Product

■Create a comfortable urban space with a slit-type drainage groove cover that blends into the cityscape.

In recent years, there has been a need to create lively spaces where people can gather and make walking around town enjoyable. Chubu Corporation's slit-type gutter cover ``Urban Slit'' series is a product that performs the necessary drainage function without damaging the cityscape. By making the opening narrower, we reduced the presence of the groove cover and achieved a design that naturally blends into the cityscape. This will help create both a beautiful cityscape and a comfortable walking space.

■Main features

・Improved landscape: Since the groove covers are less noticeable, the overall aesthetic appearance of the city will be improved. -Comfortable walking: The small area of ​​the drainage slit makes it safe and secure for people in high heels or wheelchairs to pass through. - Harmony with paving materials: Compatible with various types of paving materials, making it easy to blend in with the surrounding environment. ・Easy to install: Simply place the frame on top of the U-shaped groove and secure it with bolts.

■Product information

・Since one side of the frame is flat, it can be installed along the boundary surface of buildings, etc. -Since the groove bottom is open, the slope required for drainage can be set freely. ・Grating can be removed. (With lock) - The lid surface has a non-slip knurled finish. In addition, the gap between the lids is set to 6mm. *The finished dimensions above water should be lowered by at least 75mm from the top of the receiving frame.

■Noise prevention function

Equipped with a lock function as standard to prevent noise and rattling. You can easily secure the lid and frame by simply screwing in the special locking metal fittings with a Phillips screwdriver. *Please use a Phillips screwdriver with a No. 2 shaft diameter of 5 mm.
