■Roof drain for smooth rainwater drainage

In addition, all products are equipped as standard with a "strainer" that catches intruding materials such as dead leaves to improve drainage. CHUBU roof drains are available in a wide range of lineups to suit diversifying building structures, waterproofing methods, pipe types, pipe sizes, and locations of use. The main materials available are cast iron, which has excellent cost performance, stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance, and aluminum casting, which is lightweight and easy to construct, so please choose according to your usage conditions.

■Product information

・The hanging width of the waterproof layer is 50 mm or more, which improves the adhesion with the waterproof layer and makes it more reliable. - Cast iron roof drains are coated with cationic electrodeposition coating (CHUBU Super Coat = CS Coat) using epoxy resin. ・Can also be used as exposure waterproofing. ・The waterproof layer thickness that can be used with bolts (50ℓ) is up to approximately 15mm. If the waterproof layer is thicker than this, please contact us separately. ・The waterproof layer holder has drainage grooves, so drainage can be done smoothly. - There are 3 hexagonal bolts that serve as anchors to prevent the sleeve from falling and to secure the main body. ・The main body and waterproof layer presser are the same for each size. *If the connection between the drain body and piping is indoors, select a screw-in type drain.
