The "Press Spander" is a model that specializes in crushing raw paddy, which is the raw material for SGS (soft grain silage), and can input large amounts of raw paddy, which is difficult to process, in a short time.

■Possible to produce high quality SGS

The compression crushing method thoroughly crushes the shape of the paddy, which facilitates subsequent fermentation. The water required for fermentation is measured and added inside the machine, ensuring a uniform finish. Additionally, since the grinding section reaches high temperatures, it is also effective in eliminating germs.

■Crushing only rice husks is also OK.

The "Press Spander" can crush not only raw rice but also rice husks, so it can be used outside of the rice harvest season. The crushed rice husks can be used as livestock bedding and as a moisture control material for compost.
