■Continuous carbonization methodOur patented continuous fixed bed carbonization method does not produce black smoke, tar, or smoke odor unlike open burning or batch methods.

■Long service lifeBreakdowns are rare and parts replacement is easy. It has been in operation for over 40 years.

■Exhaust heat utilizationThermal energy can be used for multiple purposes (hot air, hot water, steam boilers, etc.) while producing biochar.

■Raw materialsLimited to rice husks with a moisture content of 15% or less that have been dried in a dryer. (Wet rice husks stored outdoors cannot be carbonized)
