About This Product

■Summary

This is a system that dries wastewater sludge from agricultural communities and industrial wastewater to reduce its volume and utilize it effectively. By drying, the volume of sludge can be significantly reduced. Dried sludge is rich in nitrogen and phosphorus and can be used as fertilizer. By registering the fertilizer, you can return it to farmland (in the case of sludge derived from domestic wastewater). Features

■24-hour unmanned automatic operation

This electric heater heating system enables unmanned automatic operation from sucking up thickened sludge to discharging dried sludge. With 24-hour operation, large-capacity processing is possible even with facilities of various sizes.

■Can be patrolled on a truck

Due to its thorough space saving, it can also be loaded onto a 4t long truck. There are also examples of operations in which sludge is treated by visiting multiple community drainage facilities. Of course, it is also possible to use it in a fixed position in factories, etc.

■Suitable for both thickened sludge and dehydrated sludge

It can handle sludge in various states, including before and after dewatering.
