About This Product

Cylindrical grinders are one of the least automated areas of machine tools. This was hindered by the fact that high-precision machining was required in μm units, making measurement a major bottleneck, and the lack of automatic chipping replacement equipment. Various methods have been proposed as countermeasures. Matsumoto Kikai proposes a measuring hand capable of multi-point measurement and an automatic chip changer. Here is a proposal for Kelle's automatic exchange device. By changing attachments, it is possible to change the setup of workpieces of Φ10 to Φ50 mm up to 8 times unattended during the night.
