About This Product

■It is an allergen skin test needle that is almost painless and has excellent sensitivity, specificity, and agreement rate.

Bifurcated needles are specialized needles for skin prick tests. Compared to conventional homemade prick test needles, this needle is almost painless, has a high sensitivity and specificity rate, and is extremely effective for skin prick test (SPT) diagnosis.

■How to use

- Disinfect the flexor side of the arm (or back) with alcohol cotton and dry. ・Make markings at 2cm intervals so that the antigen solution can be identified, and then add the antigen solution one drop at a time. - Apply light pressure with a sterile bifurcated needle perpendicular to the skin through the antigen solution. Absorb excess antigen solution with gauze, etc., without rubbing the skin surface. - Judgment will be made after 15 to 20 minutes according to the test method.

■Precautions for use

- Bifurcated needles are not sterilized. Please be sure to sterilize before use. -Due to the characteristics of the product, please do not reuse this product once it has been used. - When applying pressure to the skin, do not twist, scratch, or cause bleeding. A strong non-specific reaction occurs, reducing diagnostic reliability.
