About This Product
A pure Japanese-made original C remote debugger for Renesas SH microcontrollers. It is an option of FLYCSH and can be used from the integrated development environment. Compared to other companies' environments, it's cheaper, more compact, and has better support. This is a continuing product from Yellow Soft, and the old model number is YSSH.
■Product features
Integrating the monitor is easy: the monitor for the Yellow Embedded Board is supplied as a HEX or S format file. Even for other CPU boards, source files are included and can be incorporated by changing the baud rate, memory address, etc. Uniform operability for all CPUs: Uniform operability for all types of Yellow Scope. You can also migrate to other CPUs smoothly.
Operating environment: PC-AT compatible machine with built-in RS232C port (COM port) (USB-RS232C conversion cable can be used) Windows Vista/7/8/8.1 (32/64bit) YC series C compiler is required to use Yellowscope. or assembler required
Compatible CPU: YSH8 Renesas Eletronics H8/300H all series, H8S all series YSSH Renesas Eletronics SH1 all series, SH2 all series YSRX Renesas Eletronics RX/600 all series
Target board: 1ch RS232C port for debugging 8KB or more ROM (built-in flash) that can mount a monitor during remote debugging, and RAM with enough capacity to download the program to be debugged (usually built-in RAM alone is too small) During ROM debugging, a monitor (approximately 8KB), ROM that can store programs (built-in flash), and several hundred bytes of RAM (built-in RAM possible)
