About This Product

Equipped with a "Motionnet" local device and motor driver, allowing direct control of pulse motors. A wiring-saving 1-axis pulse controller module equipped with the G9103 chip manufactured by Nippon Pulse Motor Co., Ltd. It is possible to output high-speed pulses for driving pulse motors and servo motors, and constant speed, linear acceleration/deceleration, and S-curve acceleration/deceleration can control continuous operation, positioning, return to origin, linear interpolation, circular interpolation, etc. ID setting is easy and reliable using the rotary switch, and installation and removal from the DIN rail is also smooth. Modules can be connected without cables, and the small and thin size allows space-saving construction.

■Product features

- It has a built-in driver and can directly drive bipolar pulse motors up to approximately 2.0A. - Can be driven at voltages other than 24V using a dedicated power connector for motors, making it safe even for small motors with low winding resistance. - By changing the current sense resistor (*1), you can select the current adjustment range (330mA/660mA/2.0A) that suits the motor. The standard product is 0.33Ω/2.0A, and other resistance values (1.00Ω/330mA, 2.00Ω/660mA) can be customized. Please contact us regarding customization of resistance value changes. ・With MSS (Motionnet Sequence Server) as the center, it is possible to control up to 320 axes using the familiar ladder program of each company's sequencer (Mitsubishi/Keyence/Omron/Yokogawa). -Basically, there is no dependence on manufacturers, and systems can be freely assembled by combining multiple manufacturers, making it possible to realize multi-axis motion control at a lower cost than using a genuine sequencer positioning unit. ・The control interface uses the Motionnet wiring-saving system, which has a rich track record, so you can rest assured. ・Cableless cascade connection including power supply and thin housing minimize installation space even when used with multiple axes. - Cascade connection and power supply (DC24V) via RJ45 port are also possible. ・Easy to install and remove from DIN rail, and highly compatible with sequencers. - ID/group settings are easy with the rotary switch.
