About This Product

SH2/7085 80MHz operation non-USB compatible (for mass production) CPU board. A CPU board equipped with Renesas CPU YS7085 @ 80MHz that can operate on +5.0V single power supply and FTDI FIFO type interface USB chip FT245RL. Regarding the USB compatible board of the former Yellow Soft Company, we have not fully confirmed its operation on the latest OS, so we will sell it only to customers who agree to the terms that the USB part does not have operation guarantee or support. I'm here. By the way, this does not mean that it cannot be used at all on Windows 10, but it does mean that we cannot guarantee its operation, so we appreciate your understanding.

■CPU board equipped with Renesas CPU SH7085@80MHz capable of +5.0V single power supply operation and FTDI FIFO type interface USB chip FT245RL

■YS7085U-3 Features

(1) The USB function is omitted from the YS7085U-1 to reduce costs.For mass production applications that do not require the USB function. (2) Flash ROM can be rewritten via RS232C port CN7

■SRAM

One Cypress CY7C1041D (256K x 16bit configuration) SRAM is installed. The total is 512KB. The access time of this SRAM is 10ns. From SH7085 onwards, it becomes 3-state access. Since the bus clock is 40MHz, one state is 25ns. However, if many loads are connected to CN1, the number of states may increase.
