A small CPU board equipped with Renesas HD64F7045F 28MHz. Built-in Flash 256KB, external SRAM 128KB, rich built-in peripherals, 5V single operation. This is a continuing product from Yellow Soft, and the old model number is YS7045.

This board is the same product that was developed and sold by the former Yellow Soft Co., Ltd., which went out of business, as a prototype and for learning purposes, and which our company continues to produce. This is a product that originally did not have environment-related parameters such as RoHS, and we are unable to provide it, so please be aware of this before considering it.

Instruction execution time: 1 basic instruction/1 state (at 28MHz operation: 35.7ns/instruction)
■Memory
+5V single flash ROM 256K bytes (up to 100 rewrites). Built-in 4K bytes of RAM, 2K bytes of which can be used as cache memory. Built-in multiplier allows 32 x 32 → 64 multiplications to be performed in 2 to 4 states (71.4 to 142 nsec). 32 x 32 + 64 → 64 multiply-accumulate operations are usually executed in 2 to 4 states.
