About This Product

Equipped with a "Motionnet" center device and a high-performance CPU, it can be controlled in conjunction with a commercially available sequencer. An intelligent motion net center controller equipped with the G9001 chip manufactured by Nippon Pulse Motor Co., Ltd., which enables multi-axis motion control from the ladder program of each company's PLC. High-speed communication with PLC via Ethernet. Motionnet wiring saving system supports up to 64 axes per channel and also supports DIO. By realizing an environment where multiple manufacturers coexist without depending on the manufacturer, it contributes to reducing total costs. When used with multiple axes, it is cheaper than using a genuine PLC positioning unit. ■Features - Basically, there is no manufacturer dependence, so you can freely create a system that includes multiple manufacturers. Therefore, it is easy to add a motor from another manufacturer to an existing sequencer, reducing total costs. -Multi-axis motion control can be achieved at a lower cost than using a genuine sequencer positioning unit, etc. ・The motion side interface uses the Motionnet wiring-saving system from Japan Pulse Motor Co., Ltd., which has a rich track record, so it is safe. Also, because of reduced wiring (cascade connection), the amount of wiring from the sequence server does not change even if the number of axes increases. ・Motionnet wiring saving system can connect DIO such as relays and switches in addition to motors. ・Up to 64 axes can be connected to 1 CH, and up to 1024 parameters (position, speed, etc.) can be registered for each axis. There are also models that can support up to 2CH128 axes and 3CH192 axes. - The sequence server can operate independently and can also be operated remotely via Ethernet (WiFi). (Equipped with HTTP server) This makes it easy to perform maintenance and check the operating status using a commercially available tablet terminal, etc., which was difficult to do with just a sequencer. ■An open platform/wiring-saving motion control system that helps reduce equipment costs and start-up time. By directly connecting to each company's sequencer (PLC) via Ethernet, we can easily provide motion control of 1 CH 64 axes and up to 3 CH 192 axes from regular ladder programs to stepping motors and AC servo motors, and in an environment that does not depend on the manufacturer. That is Motionnet Sequence Server.
