About This Product

Calolite was developed in the United States in the 1980s for use in catalytic air purification equipment in response to the growing public movement for air purification and demands for new technology. In the United States, it is so widely used that it is designated for waste ozone treatment in ozone generating equipment in water and sewage purification plants. On the other hand, in Japan, waste ozone treatment currently mainly uses activated carbon, but running costs are high due to oxidation and consumption, and waste treatment has recently begun to become an issue from an environmental perspective. A rapidly increasing number of customers are introducing Calolite to reduce the cost of wastewater treatment at product laboratories and manufacturing sites, including laboratories and testing facilities of general contractors, manufacturing plants of building material manufacturers, and washing water drainage facilities for precision equipment.
