About This Product

■Applications

This is a special device developed to collect dust contaminated with radioactive materials during the dismantling of nuclear power plants.

■Features

・The collected radioactive dust is stored directly in a sealed box, so there is no need to worry about it being re-dispersed. ・In addition, the ultra-high performance filter guarantees clean exhaust. ・This system can be transported by small truck and can be used and customized in any work place.

■Ventilation type

A dust collector is used to create negative pressure in the construction area when crushing, sorting, and loading materials contaminated with radioactive materials is carried out inside a hypothetical tent. Equipped with a HEPA filter that captures 99.99% of 0.3μ fine particles. It is compact and comes with casters. This type is also used for asbestos demolition work and dioxin work.

■Digging type

Debris with radioactive substances attached is directly sucked up with a hose. The inhaled radioactive dust is collected in a special sealed can. When replacing the special can, a negative pressure condition is created and the can can be disposed of without being re-splattered. This type is used as a debris suction device inside nuclear power plants.

■Unit type

This system combines independent units (bug, HEPA, blower, and panel) and has outstanding collection rate and reliability. No tools are required as each machine is connected with a coupling hose. In addition, secondary wiring to the control panel can be done with one touch as it uses a cable connector. It is particularly effective in large-scale decontamination work, and is also extremely convenient as the entire unit can be transported by truck.

■Direct type (integrated)

It is a compact type that integrates all units (bug, HEPA, blower, panel) into one unit while maintaining high collection rate and reliability. It has the same functions as the unit type and is easy to handle. The dust box uses a small open drum, making it suitable for work that requires frequent movement.
