■Applications

■Features

We will select the most suitable equipment from cleaning type, adsorption type, direct combustion type, and catalytic oxidation type according to the properties of the gas.

■Cleaning type

・We will select the most suitable equipment from liquid dispersion type and gas dispersion type according to the properties of the gas. - A high removal rate is achieved because the number of unit stages is selected according to the inlet concentration and emission regulations. ・High stage efficiency is achieved due to the filling structure, which eliminates drifting within the device and provides good gas-liquid contact efficiency. ・We can manufacture waste liquid treatment equipment specifically for scrubbers.

■Adsorption type

・Pre-process dust, mist, tar, etc. in the gas with a high-performance pre-duster to protect the adsorbent. ・Adsorbent can be selected according to gas properties.

■Thermal storage type

- Suitable for processing highly concentrated gases with explosive limits and reliable action. - No need for pre-treatment of flammable dust or tar.

■Catalytic oxidation type

- Low-temperature combustion is possible due to the catalytic effect, so less auxiliary fuel is required. ・The catalyst has a long life and can be regenerated even if it deteriorates. ・If the gas has a large calorific value, it is possible to recover the heat.
