About This Product

A honeycomb core is a honeycomb-shaped structure that was originally developed to reduce the weight of aircraft. By making this out of paper, we have created a paper honeycomb that is even lighter and more environmentally friendly. Honeycomb core is lighter and stronger than cardboard. Recommended as internal filling material for entrances/interior doors, sliding doors, partitions, shutters, flooring/ceiling materials, furniture/tables, etc. Recommended as core material for honeycomb boards.

■Features of honeycomb core

・It is possible to increase the strength by adjusting the thickness and density of the honeycomb according to your needs. -Due to its structure, corrugated cardboard has the disadvantage that it is weak against pressure from above and its bending strength is low no matter how many times it is stacked.On the other hand, honeycomb core has high bending strength and is strong against pressure from above. ・It has good adhesion and is lightweight, so it can be easily used as a core material.
