■About the board
We offer honeycomb boards developed using the know-how we have cultivated over many years of honeycomb manufacturing and our knowledge of paper as a corrugated board manufacturer. Honeycomb Core and Sun-F Core have their respective properties and can be used for a variety of purposes by laminating cardboard base paper, paper sugawara paper, anti-warp paper, etc. on both sides.
For example, it can be used as cushioning material, pallet deck boards, pop boards, sliding doors, sliding doors, partitions, and closet core boards. We will continue to work on developing new applications based on your requests.
■Features of honeycomb board
・Can be made into various shapes by Thomson processing. (Processing dimensions up to T30 1,350×1,350)
・Board dimensions: Thickness t5~t90mm, width max. 1,250mm, length max. 3,000mm.
・Using a slitter process, we will cut the paper to your desired size using paperless powder.
- Can be used as cushioning material by crushing the board.
- By changing the thickness of the surface paper, it can be used for everything from cushioning materials to pallet deck boards.
・Uses aluminum/polyethylene laminated paper to reduce warpage and is used for sliding doors, sliding doors, sliding doors, closets, partitions, etc.
