About This Product

■Features of honeycomb pallets

・Honeycomb pallets maintain not only plane load strength but also concentrated load between girders as strong as wooden pallets. ・We can handle everything from small lots to large lots with short delivery times. Additionally, we can manufacture the size you desire. ・It has excellent bending strength, so it is possible to manufacture large pallets. ・The configuration of boards and girders can be changed freely depending on the size and weight of the load. By adding trays and paper cushioning materials to pallets, it is possible to manufacture more appropriate pallets. ・There is no need to worry about pests or bacteria infestation found on wooden pallets, and fumigation is not required for export. ・Honeycomb pallets are made entirely of waste paper, making them completely recycled products and extremely environmentally friendly. - Extremely lightweight, weighing less than 50% of wooden pallets, reducing the burden of loading and unloading work and reducing transportation costs. Compared to the A-tier laminated leg girders found on regular corrugated cardboard pallets, the honeycomb structure makes them lighter and reduces the total weight, making them suitable for air transportation pallets.
