■Summary

The axis configuration is 16 axes in total, 7 axes in each arm and 2 axes at the waist. Since it has 7 axes in one arm, it is possible to change the grip of the product being held, change the direction, etc. Because it has a hip axis (bowing motion), it has a wider range of motion, and it is possible to turn around while holding it with both arms, which can directly replace human work. ■Second hip axis (JB2) allows for long reach and access to the foot.

・Enables you to access positions higher than your head by leaning back. (※1) - Maximum reach can be extended by bending at the waist. ・Even with a short arm length, you can access the foot by bending at the waist. ・Even under the speed limit of collaborative mode, cycle time can be increased because access is possible with the shortest travel distance motion. *1: Operates in non-collaborative mode.

■Avoid collisions in narrow spaces with the 7th axis of each arm (armpit opening/closing axis)

- By opening and closing the sides, you can avoid your elbows colliding with the surroundings when extending and retracting your arms. ・Useful in situations where there is insufficient installation space or escape space during operation. ・Able to perform movements with a higher degree of freedom that was not possible with conventional 6-axis structured robots.
