About This Product

■Applications

It can process a variety of fine groove arrays, including straight and curved grooves, with high efficiency and precision. In response to the increasing size of LCD displays, it is possible to perform ultra-precision processing of light guide plate molds from small to up to 70 inches, and the machine size can be selected according to the size of the LCD display. Features

■High precision processing of micro grooves

Adopts V-V limited rolling guide (to core technology) and linear motor drive for X and Y axes, achieving high rigidity and high response.

■Various processing is possible by combining special accessories.

・Equipped with a turntable (C1 axis) supported by an ultra-precision aerostatic bearing (to core technology), enabling high-precision turning processing. ・High-precision curved groove machining is possible with the installation of a tool rotation device (C2 axis) ・Equipped with a tool indexing table (A-axis), enabling highly accurate adjustment of tool tip inclination. ・Equipped with a main spindle (rotation speed 10,000min-1) that supports fly-cutting.

■The cross rail and column are integrally cast to provide a strong and stable mechanical structure.

Adopts active type vibration isolator. In addition to vibration feedback, feedforward control of machine coordinates allows for the ultimate machining accuracy. Maximum feed rate: X: 15,000 mm/min Y: 9,000 mm/min Z: 3,000 mm/min C1: 300 min-1 Minimum setting unit: X, Y, Z: 0.001µm A, C: 0.00001deg
