About This Product

Shibaura Machinery is a pioneer of twin-screw kneading extruders. For more than 60 years, since we developed the twin-screw extruder in 1965, we have continued to carefully manufacture each machine to meet the needs of our customers. As Japan's oldest company, we have a database of over 50,000 items and a wealth of experience and know-how, and we can propose the optimal barrel and screw configuration to meet your needs. We can handle various raw materials such as cellulose nanofibers (CNF), carbon nanotubes (CNT), biodegradable plastics, and biomass plastics. We also contribute to development and productivity improvements through simulation and IoT.

■Machine configuration

We can provide system engineering for ancillary equipment such as a feeder that quantitatively feeds raw materials into the main body of the twin-screw kneading extruder, a cooling water tank that cools the extruded strands, and a pelletizer that cuts the strands.

■Process controller EXTVISOR
