About This Product

TOSCAST-999 is a control device installed in large die casting machines (R series). The operator's visibility and operability have been improved by using a larger touch panel than conventional controllers. With multilingual support and extensive user management functions, you can streamline global production management. Furthermore, the remote management system "dPAQET" (optional) improves maintainability and production efficiency.
■Upper and lower 2 screen display function
From displaying only a single screen to displaying two screens at the same time. The large 19-inch vertical screen improves visibility, operability, and setting flexibility, and allows you to display any screen on the top or bottom. We have responded to customer needs such as ``I want to manage production while watching the monitor'' and ``I want to change conditions while checking the monitor.''
■Full screen display function
You can immediately view the entire screen by simply pressing the full screen display button. Simply press the full screen display button to display line data, trend displays, documents, etc. on a 19-inch vertical screen. Compared to the previous model, more data can be displayed and checked at once, further improving visibility.
■Machine operation function
Operation, production, and management can be done all at once on the TOSCAST screen. Machine operation functions have been added to TOSCAST, which includes condition setting, monitoring, quality control, production management, and abnormality detection functions. This allows operation, production, and management to be performed all at once on the TOSCAST screen.
■Document display function
You can display instruction manuals, images, and PDFs. The instruction manual can be viewed on TOSCAST. Additionally, customers can load and display images and PDFs. (Procedure manuals/operation manuals, telephone directory, consumables list, etc.)
