About This Product

■Features

・The mold opening/closing time is shortened by adopting a toggle mechanism driven by an electric servo motor, and the cycle is shortened by simultaneous operation of electric mold clamping and hydraulic actuator. ・The injection mechanism uses a newly developed piston control method for the small and medium-sized R series, reducing adjustment time. ・Equipped with a pressure boosting accumulator as standard, like conventional large machines, to stabilize pressure boosting injection performance.

■Cycle reduction

・Enables core operation at the same time as mold opening. - Spraying operation and mold clamping operation can be linked, reducing spraying time. (Optional)

■Environmental consideration

The environmental impact per product is expected to be reduced by approximately 19% for DC1100R-E and approximately 12% for DC1300R-E.

■Space saving

Shortened frame due to reduced capacity for frame tank. Furthermore, we have realized space savings by placing the hydraulic motor on the side of the frame.

■Equipped with new controller (TOSCAST-999)

In the R series, all large models are equipped with a control device (TOSCAST-999) as standard. Adopting a 19-inch monitor improves the maintenance and management environment for operators. Pressure increase control can be selected from position/speed/pressure. In addition to the conventional position start control, speed control has been added. We have developed a new control method that starts increasing the pressure at the same timing even if there are fluctuations in the amount of hot water supplied. Effective when using at high speed or when using deceleration. Multilingual support and input regulation management are possible, making global production management more efficient. In addition, Shibaura Machine's original technology, the failure diagnosis function, is included as standard, and with dPAQET (optional), multiple units can be monitored from a remote office, contributing to improved maintainability and production efficiency.

■Sensing cooling specification (optional)

To stabilize product quality, we are equipped with solenoid valves on the water supply side and a flow meter on the drainage side, making it possible to control the temperature of the mold.
