■Sandwich molding attracting attention for resource recycling

This is an injection molding machine equipped with two injection devices for the purpose of manufacturing high value-added molded products and recycling resin. It is possible to inject various types of resin in conjunction with each other, and it is possible to mold large sandwich molded products with high quality that have a skin layer and a core layer.

■Product introduction

- By using non-foamed resin for the skin layer and low-foamed resin for the core layer, the surface of the molded product can be obtained similar to that of regular injection molded products. ・Since the skin layer does not foam at all, surface treatment costs are low. ・Different resins can be used for the skin layer and core layer.It is also possible to use a resin with reinforced fibers added to the skin layer to improve toughness and heat resistance, and a recycled resin for the core layer. - As an electromagnetic wave shielding method, molded products can be made using general resin for the skin layer and conductive resin for the core layer. ・Produces thick molded products with less sink marks and warpage.
