About This Product

■Achieving even more precise molding of thermosetting resin

This is an injection molding machine dedicated to thermosetting resin molding and rubber molding. We are able to produce high-quality molded products with precise temperature control using our unique oil circulation PLC control, as well as mold clamping and injection mechanisms with a proven track record. Product introduction Barrel temperature control uses our unique heating control method using "oil circulation type PLC control" and an insulated nozzle. In combination with a special mold insulation board, it is possible to precisely control the temperature of the mold. Combined with high injection pressure and comprehensive program injection control, this machine realizes precision and stable molding of thermosetting resin.

■Oil circulation type controller

Equipped with a linear motor-driven injection device capable of high-speed injection of 2,000mm/sec. It is possible to ensure control accuracy, stability, and reliability that could not be obtained with hydraulic ultra-high-speed injection.

■Mold insulation board

A heat insulating plate is attached to the die plate to stabilize the mold temperature at a high temperature and to save energy.

■Mold internal pressure degassing device

It effectively removes the gas generated by the resin inside the mold, and is effective against discoloration.
