In order to realize a decarbonized society, which has been attracting attention in recent years, we have added to our lineup the ultra-large all-electric injection molding machine EC3000SXⅢ, which contributes to both improved energy efficiency and production efficiency in the manufacturing process. We would like to introduce our products based on three keywords: [high productivity], [reduced environmental impact], and [maintainability]. High productivity [injection device]

■Highly plasticized screw ESB

We have developed a new ESB screw that achieves high plasticization based on our plasticization technology. This screw features an L/D of 24 and a long subflight design. Compatible with high rotation speeds of 50 m/min, measuring time can be reduced by 50% compared to conventional screws.

■High dispersion element cross ring (optional)

Equipped with a high dispersion element and cross ring, which contributes to improved color dispersion. The color dispersion performance is equivalent to that of a mixing nozzle, and the pressure during purging can be reduced by 57% compared to a mixing nozzle. This ESB screw and cross ring make it possible to stably plasticize large volumes of resin in a short period of time, contributing to increased production capacity. ■Shorten dry cycle

We have been working to shorten mold opening and closing time using the moving die linear guide support structure adopted from the C-SX series. By increasing the speed of mold opening/closing operations and precise acceleration/deceleration control, this machine achieves the fastest dry cycle in the industry, and also achieves clean mold opening/closing thanks to the tie-bab shless structure. Compared to other companies, we can close the mold 1.0 seconds faster, making it the fastest dry cycle in the industry.

■Reduced mold replacement time

■Servo amplifier commonality

By dividing the conventional large-capacity amplifier into multiple parts, it can be shared with the amplifiers of our small machines, making spare parts inexpensive and easily available, and improving maintainability.

■Moving die plate sliding part - simplified maintenance

The sliding part of the moving die plate has a linear guide support and a tie-bub shless structure, which improves the linear movement performance of the moving die, and eliminates the need for maintenance due to the wear of conventional bushings and sliders, contributing to a longer life of the mold. .
