About This Product

■Easy insulation management under live wire conditions. Ior leak clamp that can also measure load current

・Measure resistance leakage current (Ior) in live line condition ・Simultaneous ground fault detection of R phase and T phase with three-phase three-wire delta connection ・Integrated clamp sensor ・Simultaneous display of Ior value and Io value ・Display can be switched between 2 screens ・MAX hold mode to hold the maximum value ・AVG mode (moving average value display) that makes it easier to read numbers with fluctuations ・Data hold function ・Display with backlight ・Auto power save (about 30 minutes) Can be canceled ・Continuous operation for approximately 170 hours (approximately 1 week) using two AAA alkaline batteries (approximately 80 hours when measuring load current (A)) ・Data can be collected using a computer (separately sold option I0R-USB is required) ・Io measurement is possible with Y connection, but Ior measurement is not possible. Single-phase 3-wire Ior measurement is possible with different capacity 3-phase 4-wire systems, but 3-phase 3-wire Ior measurement is not possible. (Io is possible)

■Relationship between leakage current Ior and Io

Leakage current management using a "leak clamp meter" is used to manage insulation while energized. Among these, the management of "leakage current (IOR)" caused by deterioration of insulation resistance has been attracting attention in recent years.

■Measurable electrical circuit diagram

I0R100 is compatible with electrical circuits of 250V or less, and I0R500 is compatible with electrical circuits of 600V or less. If phase detection is difficult (such as when there are many harmonics up to the 3rd order), an error display (blinking dots) may appear and Ior may not be measured correctly.
