About This Product

■High performance/high efficiency・We have developed a high-head type magnetic pump that is suitable for installation in seawater filtration equipment and plating cleaning equipment.
・Compared to our conventional magnet pump with the same output, it has a maximum lift approximately 2.2 times (maximum flow rate approximately 1/2), and is compatible with a wide variety of liquids such as chemical solutions.

■Excellent corrosion resistanceThe main part of the pump is made of polyprolylene, the shaft is made of ceramic, the bearing is made of Teflon (Rulon), and the O-ring is made of fluorine rubber, which are suitable for chemical applications.

■Ultra low noiseBy adopting a novel self-priming structure, it maintains almost the same pump efficiency and noise level as our self-priming PMH type magnetic pump (before the self-priming tank is installed), achieving ultra-low noise and super efficiency.

■Completely eliminates liquid leakageSeal response using a magnetic coupling system eliminates leakage and corrosion of the pump, eliminating dirt around the pump and the hassle of replacing mechanical seals.

■Excellent corrosion resistanceThe wetted parts of the pump are made of materials suitable for chemical applications, such as polyprolylene (PP) for the resin parts, alumina ceramics for the rotating shaft, PTFE for the rotating bearing, and fluoro rubber for the O-ring and packing, demonstrating excellent corrosion resistance. It can be used for chemical liquid transfer with some exceptions. *Please check with the manufacturer regarding chemical resistance.

■Removable self-priming tank- Adopts a removable self-priming tank structure.
・You can select self-priming or scarlet self-priming depending on the application, and you can easily change to a self-priming pump (PMHS type) or a non-self-priming pump (PMH type).

■Maximum self-priming height does not decrease due to liquid temperatureThanks to the novel self-priming structure, the pump's maximum self-priming height does not decrease due to liquid temperature.

■Totally enclosed indoor motorSince it uses a completely enclosed indoor motor, it can be installed in humid environments or places with a lot of dust, improving safety and reliability.
