About This Product
The Rapidox5100 Portable Multi-Gas Analyzer is a high-specification instrument designed to analyze, control, and monitor gases in a wide range of applications. Biogas analysis equipment, synthesis gas, anaerobic digestion and fermentation processes. Housed in a rugged IP66 case, the instrument is a portable field instrument with laboratory capabilities.
Measure up to 6 gases simultaneously using a variety of high-precision gas sensors. Each sensor is specifically designed and calibrated to avoid the effects of interaction with background process gases. Safety is ensured by incorporating a flashback arrester in the gas measuring circuit if required.
Other measurable gases that support syngas and biogas analysis include CO2, CO, H2O, O2, C2H4, SO2, CH4, H2, and H2S. Standard features include 2 programmable alarm circuits (volt-free contacts), analog output (0-10V and 4-20mA), easy calibration (user-selectable gases), RS232/RS485 communication, and data logging software will appear.
7” Full-color touchscreen interface allows you to easily switch between continuous monitoring mode or sampling mode.
