About This Product

SF6 Gas Analyzer Rapidox 6100 Pump Back is a fully automatic gas analyzer designed to control and monitor SF6 gas quality in medium and high voltage gas-insulated electrical equipment. Measures the purity of SF6 gas through a specially designed sensor, providing exceptional accuracy and stability. The Rapidox6100 automatically or manually initiates sampling from electrical equipment when installed in a sample line and features automatic gas pressure sensing. The vacuum purge cycle and gas storage system prevent air from contaminating the gas sample, ensuring no SF6 gas escapes during testing. The SF6 gas pressure in the internal sample compartment is recorded by the instrument. All measured gases are analyzed and data is recorded simultaneously, so it only takes a few minutes to obtain stable readings. A compressor (10Bar) and a separate lithium battery power supply return the sample gas to the electrical equipment at high pressure. Other measurable gases include H2O (dew point), SO2, HF, CF4, H2S, CO, N2 and air. .
