About This Product

The LD Rack system is a sophisticated measurement platform that combines a gas chromatograph MultiDetek3, gas stream selector LDGSS, gas dilution system LGDSA, gas purifier LDP1000, and gas recovery and purification system LDRPS into one rack system. Each unit slides out and can be easily removed for quick and easy regular maintenance. Internal piping can also be manufactured to semiconductor manufacturing grade (for ultra-high purity applications) orbital welding specifications to ensure leak integrity.

■Semiconductor construction grade internal piping

All piping within the system can be manufactured using orbital welding specifications. Separate low-pressure and high-pressure vent pipes are installed to separate individual lines from other vents for the purpose of eliminating backpressure signal fluctuations within the detector. The working gas is separated from the carrier gas, avoiding the risk of pressure changes during valve actuation.

・Can be combined with carrier gas recovery and reuse unit “LDRPS” ・No need for a dedicated operator ・Automatic analysis/automatic calibration according to any schedule without human intervention ・Achieves minimum analysis range of 0-100 ppb, LDL 0.5 ppb ・For analysis specifications of analysis range 0-1 ppm, LDL 30 ppb or more, argon gas can be used as a carrier gas (depending on analysis specifications) ・Selective and reliable analysis with unique patented PED detector ・Available for construction of internal rack piping with semiconductor specifications ・No need for hydrogen or air as FID is not used for hydrocarbon analysis - Consolidated into one rack, space saving (w600 x d800 x h1,800 ~) ・Turnkey solution to build and deliver methods ・Freedom of report format ・Reducing the burden of replacement parts and regular maintenance ・Remote monitoring and operation via Ethernet ・Supports measurement of impurities in special material gases such as silane (Application note LD24-01)
