About This Product

HygroGen2 - S (HygroGen2 - S) is a relative humidity and temperature generator. Although it is portable with a chamber capacity of 2L, it has the same functions and specifications as the HygroGen2-XL. There are also two types of dedicated carrying cases (hard/soft). The highly airtight calibration chamber can generate stable relative humidity and temperature. The portable HG2-S can be used not only in the calibration room but also as a field calibrator. In the pharmaceutical industry, which requires thorough legal compliance and strict quality control, stable and wide-range generation ability (relative humidity: 5-95% RH, temperature 0-60°C) is evaluated, and the humidity calibration room is ISO 17025 compliant. It is widely adopted. ROTRONIC's HygroClip2 (HC2) series has excellent long-term stability, but periodic calibration is required to continue accurate and high-precision measurements and ensure measurement reliability. Normally, we recommend calibration once a year under standard measurement environments. However, in some applications, such as in high temperature or dusty environments, it is recommended to calibrate the probe over a shorter span.

・Achieves temperature and humidity generation with excellent stability and response speed in the temperature range of 0 to 60℃ ・Designed with consideration to connection with a mirror-cooled dew point meter as a humidity standard ・Easy operation using touch panel ・Temperature and humidity sensor probe HC2 series can be connected via USB. Also supports connection of mouse and keyboard ・Automatic operation settings can be made at multiple points ・With built-in HW4 software, it directly supports data collection and temperature/humidity sensor probe adjustment (no PC required, optional Rotronic probe only) -Displays the internal water level on the monitor. The water tank uses UV sterilization to prevent contamination. ・We have prepared a door section with an insulated structure that is compatible with various temperature/humidity sensor probe shapes. Displays the status of desiccant to generate dry air on the monitor. ・Supports output to external monitor. *External monitor sold separately
