About This Product

■Summary

The ES-491E reads the VITC time code of the NTSC VIDEO signal and displays it on the main display. You can pause the display using the hold switch. The decimal point to the right of the seconds display indicates the drop frame signal. The decimal point to the right of the frame display lights up in field 2. The VIDEO signal to be connected is a VITC embedded NTSC signal. The time code display for HD-SDI and SDI signals is HD-453/SD.

・Reads VITC time code of NTSC video signal and displays hours, minutes, seconds, and frames on 7SEG LED 14mm ・Display user bits by switching the switch on the rear panel ・Frame correction +1, -1 FRAME switch is corrected depending on the difference in reader and recorder. ・With VIDEO termination switch. Turn off when using through ・Read VITC line can be selected with internal DIP switch - Optionally supports SMPTE time code (LTC) output, XLR-3-32. balanced output ・SMPTE or EBU selectable with internal DIP switch ・AC100V operation compatible
