Overview
■ES-710 series Time Comparators
The ES-710 series is an event controller with 2 events and 2 outputs. Reads SMPTE and ESE time codes and outputs control pulses (relay contacts). Reads the time code and displays hours, minutes, seconds, and (frames) on the front panel LEDs. When the read time code matches the set time, the relay outputs a pulse. Equipped with an event relay output stop switch and an alarm sound off switch on the rear panel.

■ES-716
The ES-716 reads SMPTE/EBU or ESE timecode and displays hours, minutes, and seconds on the front panel LEDs. Compares the time with the Samir switch and outputs a control pulse (relay contact). Set hours and minutes (default) or minutes and seconds controlled by two sets of 4-digit Sameer switches. When the read time code matches the set time of any one Samir switch, the reed relay momentarily closes. Relay output can be inhibited with a switch on the rear panel. The internal buzzer event alarm can be turned on/off using the rear panel switch.
■Options
・/BBU: Battery backup, short-term power outage protection, time code reading for up to 4 hours and event comparison operation. The clock display disappears during a power outage. Constant operation is the basic requirement.
・/Clear: Front panel clear (silver alumite) finish
・/DC: DC power supply operation DC +12V~35V
・/J: Power supply AC220V compatible
・/Relay: Added the number of output circuits. Standard 10 channels, can be added in units of 10 channels.
・/Custom: Custom specification, ES-716 Samir switch changed to 6 digits (HHMMSS), ES-718 Samir switch changed to 6 digits
