■Notes
・Please handle with care to avoid subjecting the product to strong impacts such as throwing the packaging box, dropping the fittings, or colliding with sharp corners.
・Do not disassemble the fitting.
・When storing, please store indoors with low humidity and away from direct sunlight. If it is unavoidable to store it outdoors, please protect it with vinyl sheets, cardboard, etc.
・Please be careful not to let dirt or foreign matter get inside the fitting.
・When reusing, please visually check the parts inside the joint for defects such as scratches or defects. Do not reuse fittings that have been used (after applying water pressure).
・Avoid using this product when burying pipes or in corrosive environments such as coastal areas or salt water. If use is unavoidable, sufficient anti-corrosion measures such as anti-corrosion tape are required to slow the progress of corrosion.
- Avoid contact with dissimilar metals when storing and installing. Depending on the mating metal, dissimilar metal contact corrosion (galvanic corrosion) may occur, so if there is contact, please provide electrical insulation.
・Do not allow adhesives, anticorrosives, organic solvents, acids, alkalis, etc. to come into contact with the fittings.
- After installation, perform a leak test, and at the same time, visually and palpate the joint connection area to check for any abnormalities such as leaks.
・Support and fix the piping so that it does not bend.
・If the piping freezes, the fittings may be damaged. Make sure to drain water thoroughly and use insulation material with a thickness appropriate for your area.
・Do not climb on or hang from the piping.
- Avoid exposing the fittings to high temperatures by bringing fire or welding near them.
