About This Product
This is an expansion type mechanical pipe fitting that demonstrates strong pull-out prevention ability by expanding the pipe using a dedicated pipe expansion machine. The red and blue FP colors included with the main unit allow you to check at a glance if you have forgotten to tighten a nut. (13 to 60 Su)

■Caution
- Cannot be used for chemical solutions, oil, sewage, gas, steam, gray water (miscellaneous water), rainwater, well water, river water piping, or refrigerant piping. This may cause corrosion, cracks, and leaks.
・Avoid using this product when burying pipes or in corrosive environments such as coastal areas or salt water. If use is unavoidable, sufficient anti-corrosion measures such as anti-corrosion tape are required to slow the progress of corrosion.
-Please use with residual chlorine concentration below 1.0mg/L. This may cause corrosion, cracking, or leakage of stainless steel.
・Please use the flow rate below the specified flow rate. This can cause erosion of the inner surface of the piping and loosening of joints due to water hammer.
・Some items have 1MPa specifications. (Insulating union, flexible, 10K flange adapter, gate valve)
- The usable range of insulation unions (ZU-SGP, ZU-RCFK) is 0 to 40℃.
■Notice
The life of the rubber gasket varies depending on the operating temperature.
