About This Product
This is a new expansion type mechanical fitting for stainless steel piping. (13Su～60Su)
Features
■Surprisingly low torque
It achieves the lowest torque in the industry and can be installed with smaller tools than conventional methods.
■Reliable loosening prevention function
The washer firmly fixes the nut and prevents it from loosening after installation. We have adopted a loosening prevention function that can be seen at a glance.
■Safe construction function
It reduces stress during construction by incorporating functions to prevent co-rotation, correct piping misalignment, prevent rubber packing from falling off, and adjust the angle after construction.
■Reliable construction confirmation
The orange line on the threaded part of the main body is hidden by tightening the nut, allowing you to confirm at a glance that the installation is complete.
■Caution
・When using with high temperature water, steam return water, or air, please use the steam return water model.
-Cannot be used for chemical solutions, oil, sewage, gas, steam, gray water (miscellaneous water), rainwater, well water, river water, or refrigerants. It may corrode, crack, or leak.
・When burying piping, avoid using it in coastal areas or in corrosive environments where salt water may adhere. When used, sufficient anti-corrosion measures such as anti-corrosion tape are required to prevent corrosion.
